REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

By purchasing any tickets, food and beverages, and/or special packages, you are agreeing to pay for your journey on the train as well as all dining you select. These are consumables, not returnable goods. For this reason, we have a no refund policy, and you will not be able to reverse this charge on your credit card. Please remember, really good people are working hard to provide a special train ride and dining experience for you. We promise to do our best and thank you in advance for being a gracious guest. We look forward to sharing our beautiful slice of the Royal Gorge with you.
