Wine List

We love wine! And instead of marking up these outstanding varietals to “industry standard” prices, we have worked with our wine partners to offer our guests more realistically priced wine not found at other fine dining establishments. Remember, wine is a very personal experience. We’ve made suggestions for pairings – but whatever you like is always the best pairing of all!

Hall Cabernet Sauvignon. Napa, California.
Lush with aromas of cocoa, red berry, and dried herbs. Pair with our juicy Black Angus Burger or any of our First Class dining.

Fresh blueberries, cassis, and black pepper. Pair with our juicy Black Angus Burger, our First Class Prime Rib, or anything you like!

PINOT NOIR

Bergstrom Reserve Pinot Noir. Willamette Valley, Oregon.
Forest berries and dried herbs. Pair with our Basil Chicken Panini, Veggie Wrap, or First Class chicken entree.

CHARDONNAY

Rombauer Chardonna. Napa, California.
Oak, lemon curd and crème brûlée. Pair with our Basil Chicken Panini, Signature Salad, First Class Vegetarian Entree, or anything you like!

CHAMPAGNE

Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc. Napa, California.
Citrus, green apple and white apricot with hints of pear and honeycomb. Excellent way to begin the evening.

CHAMPAGNE

Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve, NV. Champagne, France.
Light, fine, slowly rising bubbles. Floral notes with fresh fruit and biscuit aromas. A joyful experience.

INTERNATIONAL RED

Guigal, Chateauneuf du Pape. Rhône, France.
A rich, unctuous wine with notes of plum and hazelnut. Pair with our juicy Black Angus Burger with cheese, or any of our fantastic First Class experiences.
