Petite Filet Mignon & Snow Crab Claws Seared tenderloin with red wine demi glaze served with snow crab, russet and sweet potato mash, and seasonal vegetables.

Chicken Marsala

Tender breast of chicken with a mushroom marsala wine sauce. Served with smashed potatoes and seasonal veggies.

Atlantic Salmon

A seared garam marsala seasoned Atlantic Salmon, served with smashed potatoes and seasonal veggies.

Royal Gorge Vegetarian

Seasonal selection of fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked and seasoned with accompanying sauces and sides. Served over parmesan cheese polenta with herb oil and fried yucca. *Vegan option available.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

With crème anglaise.

First Class Valentine’s Trains run Saturday, Feb. 10 at 12:30 & 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 11 at 12:30 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 14 at 12:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
