Episode highlights train’s locally sourced, scratch-cooked dining

The Royal Gorge Route Railroad, Colorado’s most historic and scenic railway, was featured in a new episode of Food Factory: Night Shift on Food Network, Canada. The episode titled Chew-Chew! highlights the train’s locally sourced, scratch-cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner train experiences.

The Food Factory production team spent two days filming aboard the Royal Gorge Route Railroad last fall, capturing the complete scratch-cooked dining experience – from kitchen to table – during a ride through Colorado’s grandest canyon. The train has long been known for its delicious dining,  locally sourced and organic ingredients.

More than 150,000 people from around the world ride aboard the Royal Gorge Route Railroad each year.
