We choose award winning wines from around the world and expertly pair them with five delicious courses you will not soon forget.
(Minimum age 21)

This season, we've added a total of five Wine dinner trains throughout the 2008 season featuring wines from around the world.

Wine Dinners are scheduled for:

June 21st at: 7:00 PM

July 26th at: 7:00 PM

August 23rd at: 7:00 PM

September 27th at: 7:00 PM

October 25th at: 5:00 PM

Amuse  -  goat cheese lollipop
goat cheese, cream cheese, mascarpone,
chopped sun dried tomatoes and basil rolled in crushed pistachios 

first course
achiote buffalo carpaccio
with pecan-cranberry relish & a port gastrique

second course
baby beet salad
with Colorado goat cheese, candied walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette & micro greens

third course
seared scallops with porcini dust
with parsnip puree, brown butter sauce and fried sage

fourth course
brown sugar cured beef tenderloin
with pommes aligot, white truffle infused haricot vert, cabernet butter sauce

end on a sweet note
molten chocolate cake
with warm berry compote and cinnamon whipped cream

Please note that our tables seat parties of 4. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side of the table. Larger groups will be seated at adjacent tables.
